Do you want to know the best rep range for weight loss? There is a lot of confusion going around about the best rep range, in relation to fat loss.

I have heard plenty of statements floating about like:
“High reps tone and burn fat”.

“Low reps are for bulk”.
While there may be some truth to these statements, they are very short sighted.

Your body has different energy systems that help move your body with different levels of intensity. Therefore it is better to use different rep ranges (and exercise) to work all the energy systems.

For example: lifting heavier weight will use a different energy system than lifting lighter weights.
